Here we report CURRENT and also PLANNED outages

  • Planet/3C Payment Migration of Planet Services

    Planet/3C Payment will migrate their services to a new datacenter during February.
    This will result in two maintenance windows.

    1st maintenance:
    Start time: February 10th, 01:00 CET(UTC+1)
    End time: February 10th, 05:00 CET(UTC+1)

    2nd maintenance:
    Start time: February 13th, 03:30 CET(UTC+1)
    End time: February 13th, 06:30 CET(UTC+1)

     

     

    They expect some short downtime during both these mainteance windows.
    For the 10th of February approximately 30 minutes between 03:15 - 03:45 CET(UTC+1).
    For the 13th of February also approximately 30 minutes between 04:00 - 04:30 CET(UTC+1).

     


    This transition has been scheduled during off-peak hours to minimize the impact on their customers.



    This is only related to customers using Planet Payment (3C) services.
    As a clarification it does not affect Worldline products that are not using Planet Payments (3C) services.
